DWARF 3 Inquiries
Do I need to be connected to the Internet to use DWARF 3?
No. DWARF 3 uses a Wi-Fi network to communicate with your smartphone/tablet, but that doesn't mean it needs an Internet connection. When you install the App, simply turn on your WiFi and Blutooth and go to the DWARFLAB App to connect, your phone will be connected to the signal emitted by DWARF 3.
All you need for the Internet is to update the application and to upload the log.Please note that to continue browsing the Internet, you'll need to use your phone's Data (5G) network, as the Wi-Fi network will already be used by DWARF 3 or use Station mode (STA mode).
Can I use cellular data while connect to DWARF 3?
Yes, you can use cellular data while connecting to DWARF 3.
Is it possible to link DWARFLAB APP to external software (Sharpcap, Stellarium, Safari etc.)?
No, but there will be Atlas in the DWARFLAB App, users can get a glimpse of the full sky!
Can we observe the planets with DWARF 3?
Although it's not designed for planets, DWARF 3 telescope will allow you to observe the Jupiter’s moons and distinguish the rings of Saturn.
Can DWARF 3 take pictures of the Milky Way?
Yes, the field of view for DWARF 3 is large enough to photograph the Milky Way and the max exposure for wide angle lens can be up to 30s.
How can I view and download DWARF 3 raw files without a laptop?
To view and download files from the DWARF 3 without a laptop, connect your phone to the device using the Type C-C cable included in the kit. This will allow you to view and transfer files directly to your phone.
Is there any tripod recommended?
The DWARF 3 is compatible with any stand that has a 1/4"-20 UNC thread, which includes most camera tripods. The tripod from DWARF II is also suitable, ensuring stable and steady shooting.
How to connect DWARFLAB App with DWARF's WiFi?
Here are the steps:
1) Open the phone's WiFi and Bluetooth.
2) Turn on DWARF II/3/mini, open the DWARFLAB App, and click on the photo button.
3) Select the name of DWARF 2/3/mini to connect.
4) Once the connection is successful, the camera's view will be displayed.
What if I want to replace my battery?
DWARF 3 battery is tough and tested and keeps 80% power even after 4 years of regular use (fully charged & discharged twice a week). Also, with the 2-year warranty, we're here to support if there's any problem. You don't need to worry about the battery replacement.

The actual shipping is subject to production, inventory, and potential delays. By placing an order, customers consent to SR Store's ability to modify shipping times or cancel orders based on actual conditions. Any changes or cancellations will be promptly communicated to customers.
1. To which countries is DWARF 3/mini delivery possible?
DWARF 3 package weight: 2.5kg
DWARF mini package weight: 1.5kg
Tripod package weight: 0.8kg
Country/Region：Please also note, our trade term is FOB China. After the goods are on board, the ownership of the goods is transferred to the consignee. Andthe consigneeis responsible forcustoms clearanceandsubmitting relatedmaterials. DWARFLAB is not responsible for any delays in delivery or non-receipt of goods caused by failures or errors in submitting the materials for customs clearance timely.
4. In which currency will I be charged for DWARFLAB DWARF 3's order?
You will be charged with currency in your own country. Fees listed in USD will be automatically converted to your local currency according to the exchange rate. Such as American dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR) or Sterling (GBP) or Polish Złoty(PLN)...
5. Will you mark my package as a gift so that I can avoid duty/VAT/import costs in my country?
Unfortunately, we're unable to do that as it is against the law and could affect DWARFLAB's future product exports.
6. My destination is not listed above. How can I buy it?
If your destination is not listed, please contact xxy@gdsr.cc for details. We'll assess shipping options. Please also check with your local customs for smooth clearance.
7. Can I ship my order to a PO Box / APO / FPO address?
Sorry, we cannot ship to a PO Box / APO / FPO address.
8. Which courier will you use for shipping?
FedEx, USPS, DHL, UPS or Royal Mail.
9. How do I change my shipping address?
Send email to xxy@gdsr.cc about changing the shipping address if it's not shipped.
If your parcel has been shipped already, we will not be able to change your address and you will need to contact USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL/Royal Mail to amend your details. Please verify your address when placing orders.
10. Can I cancel my pre-order? How do I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel until we have shipped your order. Send email to xxy@gdsr.cc about canceling the order.
